Full Circle was launched in Las Vegas, NV in 2019 by ShannonRae; a successful business owner and a transformational professional (executive coach, speaker, author, and trauma specialist) for over two decades with a masters degree in human and leadership behavioral science, and shamanic training from all over the world.
There is currently a team of three master coaches, as well as technology, graphics, copy writing, and training professionals that round out the team from all over the world.

A FULL CIRCLE community is an authentic place where we get to feel the love that exists within us; to elevate, amplify, and liberate ourselves. It’s a place where we are safe to be who we are, and explore who we want to be. It’s where we come to remember our truth, to experience our power, and to be loved exactly as we are.

ShannonRae launched the Full Circle Community in 2019 with the vision of having a safe sacred space available every hour on the hour, 24/7, in every major city across the globe, and online for those with limited access. She is providing a highly engaged community to come home to. A community offering support, inspiration, and accountability; reminding us we are NEVER ALONE. A community to help us liberate our souls and amplify our lives!
Full Circle Communities are where we sit in circle with one another. This community is where we crack open our souls and pour our hearts on the altar of life. Where we learn to love who we are, easily access our inner genius, and show up every day holding authentic space for those we live on this planet with. We call it SOUL CRACKING.
Her vision is a business collaboration and technology platform where Facilitators can walk their talk and do business as a circle, together. Leveraging a unique technology platform, she helps Facilitators do more of what they love, and easily monetize and fill their circles. They grow personally and professionally in a robust community of support, mentoring, and coaching; getting access to thousands of hours of development at no additional cost. They are supported with a team of thousands globally who are as committed to a Facilitator’s success as they are their own. THE FOUNDER ShannonRae
As a circle facilitator for over 20 years, CEO of three companies, and founder of a non-profit for trauma survivors, ShannonRae brings incredible FULL CIRCLE value to her community of participants, facilitators, and transformational business owners.
She, is the highly sought-after speaker and author of the Four Principles of Power, Living in the I AM, and I AM Powerful, as well as manuals on Agreement Based Accountability, Strengths Based Leadership, and Courageous Communication; behavior management products for business with additional versions for parents, couples, youth, and trauma survivors.
She has taken 8 of 9 start-ups to profitability, sale or acquisition, cultivated astounding business results like 1400% increases in profits year over year, quadruple increases in service scores in just 6 months, and a $100MM Series C raise. Her research and results in the trauma community are taking the country by storm from shelters to courts and prisons. She has crossed 19 different industries in 24 years and works with clients as varied as C level executives in global brands to homeless, female victims of complex multiple trauma.
She is deeply passionate about authentic, deep, lasting transformation in others; from individuals to businesses. The kind that are meaningful, relevant, and remind people of their inherent power.
She currently leads both Queens Tribe, a Sacred Space for Women, in Las Vegas, NV with 40-60 women attending monthly with 5 additional chapters in 3 cities, and Power Circles, a Coed Leadership Circle for Power Players in business and life.
